The more I learn about health and beauty, the more I love it. Finding the right products to naturally enhance your body’s internal and external beauty doesn’t need to cost a fortune. In fact, I started this site when I was in grad school and living on $1,000 per month, including rent – oh, those were the days! I’m not a nutritionist or a doctor – unless you count being a JURIS doctor haha – I’m kidding, that totally doesn’t count! So please check with your doctor before implementing any diet or health changes, especially if you have a medical condition!

I was born in 1980. Now that I’m in my 40s, being healthy and taking care of my body is more important than ever! This topic is near and dear to my heart.

I live with my husband on a tiny 7 km x 3 km tropical jungle island off the coast of Thailand. When I’m not working, you can find me SCUBA diving, running, rock climbing, or lounging at a local beach bar listening to live music. We try to visit our family and friends in the U.S. and Australia annually.
